How To Make Vegan Marble CBD Cookies - The Recipe!
This has got to be the best recipe, firstly because you get all the benefits of CBD, but the cookie dough is edible straight away, just as some plant based butter and enjoy the dough.
In addition to the CBD and cookie dough you have lots of chocolate which is very soothing and also an aphrodisiac, so enjoy!

Lets get started making these amazing vegan marble CBD cookies!
YIELD: 12 CBD cookies (10mg per cookie)

BAKING TIME: 10 MINS
RESTING TIME: 15 MINS
TOTAL TIME: 45 MINS
Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 50g brown sugar
- 150g caster sugar
- 225g vegan butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 85g vegan chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 70g melted and cooled dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids recommended)
- 48 drops (2.4 mL) RUDERALEX® Organic Full Spectrum Sunflower Seed 500mg (5%) CBD Oil or 24 drop (1.2ml) if using the 1000mg (10%) version.
- 2.5 tbsp plant milk
Method:
• Preheat the oven at 180C prepare baking trays lined with parchment paper.
• In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix the sugars, CBD oil, and softened butter until combined and creamy.
• Add the vanilla extract and 2.5 tbsp plant milk to the butter mix and combine well.
• Slowly add in the flour mixture and mix gently until just combined. Add in the
chocolate chips.
• Divide the dough in half, and mix in the melted and cooled chocolate in one half of the dough until combined. Very briefly mix back the vanilla and chocolate cookie dough half together to create a marble effect.
• The dough should be soft and bouncy, if it still feels too dry, you can add the rest of the milk 1 tbsp at a time.
• For the best flavour development, place the dough in an airtight container and
allow to rest in the fridge overnight. Otherwise, you can cover with cling film or a
clean towel and rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
• Form 12 cookie balls out of the dough and place on a tray, evenly spaced out to allow room
to spread.
• Bake in the middle rack for 7-9 minutes. Take out of the oven, sprinkle with some flaky sea salt (optional) and allow the cookies to cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool down completely.
